Make Your First Impression COUNT

Selling your home isn’t just about price and marketing—it’s about emotion. Buyers need to imagine themselves living in your home, not how you live in it. Floor plans help, but your listing photos are the first thing they’ll see.

Pro Tip:

Making your home appeal to the widest audience takes strategy. A professional home stager can guide you through prepping your space, ensuring your home looks its absolute best—both in photos and in person.

Preparing for Your Photo Shoot

We work on a precise schedule, with a set amount of time for each shoot. To ensure the best results, have your home 100% ready before the photographer arrives. If possible, plan to hang out in a designated room with kids and pets while we work.

Matterport 3D Scans

The process takes about 45 minutes to 1 hour per 1,000 sq. ft.

No people or pets can be inside—movement interferes with the scan.

Interiors only—outdoor areas are not included in 3D scans, unless requested.
